Call to Order: The meeting was held virtually via email during the week of December 1, 2008
Present: Carolyn Locke, Gloria Gery, Penny Babbitt and Librarian Jessica Kelmelis.
Minutes: The minutes of the June 17, 2008 Trustees meeting were approved as distributed.
Old Business:
The September Trustees meeting was postponed until December 2008 since there was no business to transact.
New Business:
Funds were received from the Commonwealth Library Commissioners on November 20, 2008 in the amount of $981.01
Next Meeting: The next Trustees meeting is scheduled for 3:3 0 p.m. on March 24, 2009 at the Library.
